Job summary

Storybook ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for flexible, part-time, in-home and community-based ABA therapy across the Baltimore area. You’ll work with our caring team of BCBAs to support positive outcomes while enjoying a REAL work life balance and a schedule that fits your life.

We offer competitive hourly rates from $22.00 to $30.00 per hour, plus benefits including health, dental, vision, life insurance, paid time off, and college partnerships/training to help you grow in

Qualifications

• Must have RBT Certification
• Experience with ABA therapy or with children with autism is preferred
• Strong data collection and documentation skills

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home and community-based ABA therapy
• Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions
• Maintain professionalism and be goal-oriented
• Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities for our RBTs/Registered Behavior Technicians:

• Provide in-home, and community-based Applied Behavioral Analysis therapy
• Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions
• Be goal-oriented and maintain professionalism in all aspects of your work
• Ability to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Personal means of transportation with a reliable vehicle
• Excellent time management skills
• Desire to be involved in a collaborative team of professionals with the drive to achieve positive outcomes
• Experience in applied behavior analysis or with children with autism
