Storybook ABA is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home and community-based ABA therapy. You will collect behavior data, work closely with BCBA teams, and maintain a professional, goal-oriented approach in every session.

The role requires an RBT certification, reliable transportation, and strong communication skills. Flexible scheduling and competitive hourly rates with bonuses support your growth in the ABA field.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required.
• Experience with autism is preferred.
• Ability to travel to client homes.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home and community-based ABA therapy.

Responsibilities for our RBTs/Registered Behavior Technicians:

• Provide in-home, and community-based Applied Behavioral Analysis therapy
• Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions
• Be goal-oriented and maintain professionalism in all aspects of your work
• Ability to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Personal means of transportation with a reliable vehicle
• Excellent time management skills
• Desire to be involved in a collaborative team of professionals with the drive to achieve positive outcomes
• Experience in applied behavior analysis or with children with autism
