Job summary

Top Penguin ABA is a growing New Jersey ABA provider delivering high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis services to children with autism. The RBT will work one-on-one in homes and communities, under BCBA supervision, to build communication, social, play, daily living, and behavioral skills.

The role offers evening/weekend shifts with ongoing supervision, flexible scheduling, and opportunities to grow as the company expands across New Jersey.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or willingness to obtain certification.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to work independently in clients' homes.
• Passion for working with children.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy.
• Implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collect session data accurately.
• Communicate with supervising BCBAs.

About the Position

As an RBT you'll work one-on-one with children in their homes and communities implementing individualized behavior intervention plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

You’ll help children develop communication, social, play, daily living, and behavioral skills while receiving ongoing supervision and support from our clinical team.

Evening and weekend work

Responsibilities

I would remove the 2-year requirement unless it's truly necessary.
