In this role, you will:

• Provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in center-based or home-based settings (training provided)
• Teach clients communication, social, and self-help skills in individual or small group settings
• Collect data to monitor children’s progress
• Provide regular written and verbal updates on treatment goals
• Follow all policies and procedures, including confidentiality and mandated reporting standards
• Maintain safety and hygiene practices, with PPE and other safety measures provided
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and colleagues
• Participate in meetings, trainings, and workshops for ongoing learning

Role Details

• Availability: Monday to Friday, 8 AM-5 PM, 9 AM-6 PM, or 12 PM-6 PM

• Pay: $21.00 to $23.00 per hour (experience-dependent) for billable RBT hours. During training, prior to certification, earn $17.50 per billable client hour; non-billable hours paid at $15.50.
