Role Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy in center-based or home settings (training provided)
• Teach communication, social, and self-help skills to clients
• Collect data to monitor progress
• Report on treatment goals regularly
• Follow all policies, including confidentiality and mandated reporting
• Maintain safety and hygiene practices, with PPE provided
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and colleagues
• Participate in meetings, trainings, and workshops

Role Details

• Availability: All day M-F 8AM-5PM or 12PM-6PM; mix of center and in-home services
• Pay: $22.50 to $24.50/hour based on experience; additional compensation during training and prior to RBT certification
