Job summary

GreenLight ABA is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our Eloy team. You will conduct 1:1 ABA therapy with children and implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction plans under BCBA supervision, supporting families to foster independence.

This role offers competitive pay of $23–$30 per hour, paid trainings, and a range of benefits for full-time RBTs, along with regular mentorship and team support in a child-centered environment.

As an RBT, you will work closely with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and their families to provide personalized ABA therapy sessions.
