Job summary

GreenLight ABA in Denver, CO is seeking compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our BCBA-led team of professionals. You will conduct 1:1 ABA therapy sessions with children aged 2 to 18, implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction plans, and support families to promote independence and positive change.

Qualifications

• Must have an active RBT certification or BT experience under BCBA guidance.
• Driver’s license and reliable vehicle to travel to client homes.

GreenLight ABA is a small, BCBA led ABA provider focused on supporting children and their families in the natural environment at home, in school, and in the community. We are looking for caring, collaborative individuals to join our team as Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).

MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE RBT CERTIFICATION OR BT EXPERIENCE IN PROVIDING ABA THERAPY TO CHILDREN UNDER THE GUIDANCE OF A BCBA!

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct 1:1 ABA therapy sessions with children with Autism and developmental needs between the ages of 2 to 18 years old
• Implement skill acquisition programs and behavior reduction plans under the guidance of a BCBA
• Support children and their families with learning skills to promote independence and positive behavior change
