Job summary

Autism Center of Excellence in Creedmoor, NC is seeking compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy across clinic, home, school, and community settings. You will implement plans created by a BCBA, collect session data, and document in our data system while collaborating with families and the care team.

We support growth through paid training, BCBA mentorship, and ongoing professional development in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification or willingness to obtain certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with children or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between client locations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to successfully complete background checks and pre-employment requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children in clinic, home, school, and/or community settings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect session data and complete documentation using the electronic data collection system.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and other team members to support client progress.
• Build positive, professional relationships with clients and their families.

We're looking for compassionate and dedicated Registered BehaviorTechnicians (RBTs) who are passionate about making a meaningfuldifference in the lives of children with autism. Whether you're anexperienced RBT or newly certified, you'll be supported by anexperienced clinical team focused on your success.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide one-on‑one ABA therapy to children with autism in clinic, home, school, and/or community settings, depending on assignment.
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BoardCertified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect session data and complete documentation using ourelectronic data collection system.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and other team members tosupport client progress.
• Build positive, professional relationships with clients and their families.

• Pay:$22.00 - $27.00 per billable hour
• Schedule: Mon & Thur | 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM (Clinic - Durham, NC) , Wed & Fri | 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM (In-Home)

Qualifications

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification, orwillingness to obtain certification (we'll help guide you through the process).
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience working with children or individuals withdevelopmental disabilities is preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between clientlocations, if applicable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional, dependable, compassionate, and eager to learn.
• Ability to successfully complete required background checks andpre-employment requirements.
