Job summary

Galliant in Omaha is seeking certified Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for a Benson-area clinic at an industry-leading rate of $22.00–$28.00/hour. The daytime schedule runs 8:00 AM to 4:15 PM, Monday through Friday, with a $500 sign-on bonus and no evening or weekend shifts.

You will work in a single clinic facility, receiving direct clinical mentorship from accessible BCBAs, and enjoy a full benefits package including PTO, holidays, health insurance, a 401(k), and life/disability

Qualifications

• Credentials: Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification in good standing with the BACB.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to the clinic daily.
• Physical stamina to stay active and engage with children in a clinical setting.

• Daytime Center-Based Schedule: Enjoy the stability of a centralized clinic home with no evening or weekend requirements. Work a predictable daytime routine from 8:00 AM to 4:15 PM, Monday through Friday (with occasional team meetings extending to 5:00 PM).

• Zero In-Home Driving: Say goodbye to driving between client homes, unpaid travel time, and wear-and-tear on your vehicle. You work at one resource-rich clinic facility every day.

What to Expect:

As an RBT working one-on-one with children with Autism in a clinic setting, you will:

• Run individualized procedures designed to reduce challenging behaviors, enhance functional daily living skills, and improve functional communication.

• Support the acceptance of neurodiversity, provide compassionate, assent-based care, and truly prioritize the wants and needs of your clients.

• Use a tablet to collect session data and write clear, objective daily progress notes.

Who You Are:

• Credentials: Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification in good standing with the BACB.
