Job summary

Circle Care Services is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work one-on-one with children in home, school, or clinic settings, implementing ABA programs designed by a supervising BCBA.

You will provide ABA therapy under BCBA supervision, follow treatment plans, collect data, support skill development, and share progress with the clinical team.

We offer flexible scheduling, supportive supervision, competitive pay ($25–$30/hour), and opportunities to grow in ABA and behavioral health.

Qualifications

• Active RBT Certification required.
• High school diploma required.
• Minimum age 18.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Organized, dependable and open to feedback.
• Interest in behavioral health.
