Job summary

Circle Care Services provides compassionate ABA therapy for children on the autism spectrum. You will work one-on-one with children in home, school, or clinic settings, implementing ABA programs designed by a supervising BCBA.

As an RBT, you will provide ABA therapy under supervision, collect data, and follow treatment plans. The role offers part-time, afternoon hours with flexible scheduling and strong supervision to help you grow in the field of behavioral health.

Qualifications

• Active RBT Certification is required.
• High school diploma required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required.
• Organized, dependable, and open to feedback.
• Interest in behavioral health is encouraged.

Responsibilities
