Job summary

Circle Care Services seeks a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work one-on-one with children in home, school, or clinic settings, implementing ABA programs designed by a supervising BCBA.

You will provide ABA therapy under supervision, follow behavior plans, collect session data, and share progress with the clinical team. The role offers afternoon/after-school, part-time scheduling and competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Organized, dependable and open to feedback.
• Interest in behavioral health.

Responsibilities
