Job summary

Kinfolk ABA in Cary, NC seeks an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for in-home, 1:1 ABA therapy. You will implement plans by a BCBA, collect data, and collaborate with families to promote client progress.

Part-time role, 12-14 hours/week with afternoon shifts. Requires 40-hour ABA training; RBT certification is preferred. Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally are a plus. Competitive pay and benefits offered by Kinfolk ABA.

Qualifications

• Must have completed a 40-hour ABA training course.
• Best to have, or be willing to obtain, RBT certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• ABA experience with children is a plus but not required.
• Ability to pass a background check and travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
• Assist in development of individualized goals based on assessments.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home

• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

• Collect and document data on client progress.

• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.

• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.

• Assist in the development of individualized treatment goals and objectives based on client needs and assessment findings.

• Maintain confidentiality of client information and adhere to ethical guidelines and professional standards at all times.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Compensation and Schedule:

• Pay Range:$25-$27 per hour

• Part-Time:12-14 hours/week

• Shifts:Afternoon
