Kennedy ABA in Raleigh, NC is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support in-home or school-based ABA therapy.

You will implement plans designed by a BCBA, collect progress data, and collaborate with families to promote client success.

This role offers part-time hours, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for training and advancement.

Qualifications

• Must hold an RBT certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
• Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children is preferred.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in home or school settings.
