Achievements ABA Therapy is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver high-quality ABA therapy to children with autism in home and community settings in Reidsville, NC.

You will work under a BCBA supervisor, collect progress data, and maintain records. The role offers opportunities for growth and professional development through specialized training and tuition support.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred or in progress.
• RBT credential preferred, 2026 compliant 40-hour training certificate acceptable.
• Experience with children, autism, or ABA preferred.
• Clear level-two background check and verifiable references.

Responsibilities

• Work with a BCBA supervisor to deliver quality ABA therapy as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
• Provide in-home and community-based interventions, utilizing ABA principles as an RBT.
• Collect data on behavior and skill acquisition during sessions using our Rethink software.
• Communicate with behavior analysts and coordinators to ensure accurate and timely reporting of progress.
• Complete daily progress notes and maintain accurate records as an RBT to monitor client progress effectively.

Job Responsibilities:

• Work with a BCBA supervisor to deliver quality ABA therapy as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
