Achievements ABA Therapy is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work with children in Durham, NC, delivering high-quality ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. This part-time role includes in-home and community-based sessions, data collection, and progress reporting, with mileage reimbursement and ongoing training.

Responsibilities

• Work with a BCBA supervisor to deliver quality ABA therapy as an RBT.
• Provide in-home and community-based interventions using ABA principles.
• Collect data on behavior and skill acquisition during sessions using our Rethink software.
• Communicate with behavior analysts and coordinators to ensure accurate and timely reporting of progress.
• Complete daily progress notes and maintain accurate records to monitor client progress.

Job Responsibilities

• Work with a BCBA supervisor to deliver quality ABA therapy as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
