Job summary

Achievements ABA Therapy is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver high-quality ABA therapy to children with autism. You will work with a BCBA supervisor to implement interventions in-home and in the community, collecting data and reporting progress.

Competitive pay and full support for professional development are offered. Part-time shifts are available, with relocation required to Franklinton, NC.

Qualifications

• Must have RBT credential.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or in progress.
• Experience with children, autism, or ABA is preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Clear level-two background check and verifiable references.

Responsibilities

• Work with a BCBA supervisor to deliver quality ABA therapy.
• Provide in-home and community-based interventions.
• Collect data on behavior and skill acquisition using our Rethink software.
• Communicate with behavior analysts and coordinators for reporting progress.
• Complete daily progress notes and maintain accurate records.

Job Responsibilities:

• Work with a BCBA supervisor to deliver quality ABA therapy as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
• Provide in-home and community-based interventions, utilizing ABA principles as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
• Collect data on behavior and skill acquisition during sessions using our Rethink software.
• Communicate with behavior analysts and coordinators to ensure accurate and timely reporting of progress.
• Complete daily progress notes and maintain accurate records as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to monitor client progress effectively.
