Behavior Technician/Registered Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) – Texas ABA Centers

Location: Katy, TX

Pay Range: $25.00/hr - $30.00/hr (based on skills and experience)

Career Growth Opportunities

• Apply for our full scholarship for a Master’s in ABA at Temple University

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with autism in various settings
• Teach daily living and social skills using evidence-based methods
• Collect and analyze session data
• Participate in team meetings and training
• Implement therapy sessions designed by a BCBA

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Availability during after-school hours, weekends, and holidays
• Reliable transportation, driver’s license, and insurance for in-home services
• Clean background and drug screenings
• BT: Complete 40-hour RBT training and pass exam within 45 days
• RBT: Attend required training
