Position Title: Full time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Location: Spring Place, GA

Position Type: Full-Time

Pay Range: 25-30/hr based on experience

Responsibilities
  • Implement behavior intervention plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
  • Provide direct one-on-one behavioral interventions to teach communication, social, and daily living skills
  • Assist in reducing problematic behaviors in a school setting for students
  • Proficient in Mild, Moderate and Severe Behavior Caseloads, De-escalation, providing emotional/academic support, and Behavior redirection.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
  • Must have a Current and Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) - experience will not be considered without an RBT license
  • Minimum of 1 year experience working 1:1 with behavioral students, autistic support, life skills, and emotional support
