Job summary

ABA Squad is hiring a Part-Time RBT to deliver behavioral services in in-home, school-based, and clinic settings in the St. Louis area. You will work under supervision to implement ABA programs, collect data, and support families.

Ideal candidates hold current RBT certification (or willingness to obtain) and possess strong communication, teamwork, and multitasking abilities. A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle are preferred.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification in good standing or willingness to obtain certification (ABA Squad will cover costs).
• Experience working with children preferred.
• Valid driver's license and personal auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Implement all clinical programs as assigned by the supervising behavior analyst.
• Create program materials as needed.
• Collect and graph data for reduction and acquisition behaviors.
• Train parents on behavioral protocols and model procedures when necessary.
• Submit written documentation in accordance with insurance guidelines.
• Attend therapist trainings and team meetings.

Job Type: Part-Time (with potential to grow into Full-Time)

Salary: $20.00 – $30.00 per hour (based on certification & experience)

Schedule: Monday – Friday

Work Setting: In-home, In-clinic, School-based

Key Responsibilities
