Job summary

Circle Care Services is seeking a Behavior Technician or RBT to work one‑on‑one with children in home, school, or clinic settings, implementing ABA programs under supervising BCBA. The role offers flexible scheduling and supportive supervision.

You will join a team focused on ABA and behavioral health growth, with pay between $20 and $30 per hour and support to obtain your RBT certification if needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• At least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Organized, dependable, and open to feedback.
• Interest in behavioral health.
• Willingness to complete RBT certification if not certified.
