Job summary

Circle Care Services in Massachusetts is hiring a Behavior Technician or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work one-on-one with children in home, school or clinic settings, implementing ABA programs designed by a supervising BCBA.

You will receive BCBA supervision, progress tracking, and opportunities to grow in ABA and behavioral health, with a flexible schedule and support to complete your RBT certification if not already certified.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Interest in behavioral health.
• Willingness to complete RBT certification if not already certified.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Follow treatment and behavior intervention plans.
• Collect and track session data.
• Support skill development and promote positive behavior.
• Share progress with your clinical team.
