Job summary

Circle Care Services is seeking a Behavior Technician or Registered Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with children in home, school, or clinic settings, implementing ABA programs under BCBA supervision.

We offer flexible scheduling, supportive supervision, and competitive pay of $20–$30 per hour. We also provide opportunities to grow in ABA and behavioral health and offer support to complete your RBT certification if not already certified.

Qualifications

• Willingness to complete RBT certification if not already certified.
• Interest in behavioral health.

About the Role

As a Behavior Technician or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will work one‑on‑one with children in home, school, or clinic settings, implementing ABA programs designed by a supervising BCBA.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy under BCBA supervision
• Follow treatment and behavior intervention plans
• Collect and track session data
• Support skill development and promote positive behavior
• Share progress with your clinical team
• If you love working with children- or have experience as a nanny, babysitter, teacher, or paraprofessional- you may be an excellent fit for this role
