Job summary

Circle Care Services provides compassionate ABA therapy for children on the autism spectrum and supports our team with supervision and guidance.

As a Behavior Technician or RBT, you will work one-on-one with children in home, school, or clinic settings, implementing ABA programs designed by a supervising BCBA.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and able to work with children.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Interest in behavioral health and openness to feedback.
• Willingness to complete RBT certification if not certified.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Follow treatment and behavior intervention plans.
• Collect and track session data.
• Share progress with the clinical team.
• Support skill development and promote positive behavior.
• Work one-on-one with children in home, school or clinic settings.
