Job summary

Circle Care Services seeks a Behavior Technician or RBT to work one-on-one with children in home, school, or clinic settings, implementing ABA programs under supervision. You’ll collect data, follow plans, and support skill development to foster positive behavior.

Flexible scheduling and strong supervision are provided. Pay ranges from $20 to $30 per hour, with opportunities to grow in ABA and behavioral health, plus support to pursue your RBT credential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• At least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Interest in behavioral health and helping children.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy under supervision at home, school, or clinic.
• Follow treatment and behavior intervention plans.
• Collect and track session data.
