Job summary

Circle Care Services in Massachusetts seeks a Behavior Technician or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work one-on-one with children in home, school, or clinic settings, implementing ABA programs designed by a supervising BCBA.

You will provide ABA therapy under BCBA supervision, follow treatment plans, collect session data, and help build skills while sharing progress with the clinical team; flexible schedule, potential for growth, and support to obtain RBT certification if needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; at least 18 years old; reliable transportation with valid driver''s license; interest in behavioral health; willingness to complete RBT certification if not certified.

Responsibilities

• Collect and track session data

• Experience in caregiving or teaching roles is a plus
