Job summary

Circle Care Services is seeking a Behavior Technician or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide ABA therapy one-on-one with children in home, school, or clinic settings in New Jersey. You will work under BCBA supervision, implement ABA programs, collect data, and support skill development while building a meaningful career in ABA and behavioral health.

• High school diploma.
• At least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Organized, dependable, and open to feedback.
• Interest in behavioral health.
• Willingness to complete RBT certification if not already certified.
