Job summary

Already Autism Health seeks Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to work 1:1 with children with autism in Asheville, NC. RBTs operate under BCBA supervision to implement behavioral interventions and teach social, daily living, and communication skills.

Compensation starts at $18/hour with adjustments based on experience and setting; position supports a Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm clinic schedule and includes mileage reimbursement and supervision.

Qualifications

• RBT certification or completion of 40-hour RBT training.
• Pass a background check and drug screen.
• Valid driver's license and transportation.
• Flexible schedule with 9am-5pm Mon-Fri in clinic/home settings.

Responsibilities

• Follow the treatment plan written by the supervising BCBA.
• Record, collect, and maintain data in Central Reach.
• Complete session documentation in a thorough and timely manner.
• Manage challenging behavior professionally and with compassion.
• Collaborate with the BCBA, client families, and other community stakeholders under supervision.
• Communicate relevant information from sessions to the BCBA.
• Provide services in home, clinic, and community settings.

Registered Behavior Technician/Behavior Health Technician need in Asheville, NC to begin ASAP!

Do you love helping children learn and succeed?Already Autism Health is seeking (Behavior Therapists or) Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to work 1:1 with children with autism! RBTs provide one-on-one behavioral interventions and teach social, daily living, and communication skills. RBTs work under the close supervision of aBoard CertifiedBehavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement a variety of strategies to reduce challenging behaviors. Compensation:

• Pay starts at $18 per hour, with rates adjusted based on experience and setting
• Biweekly direct deposit

We are hiring RBTs available for a Monday thru Friday schedule, 9am to 5pm, supporting clients in a clinic setting!

Qualifications:

***All non-registered technicians are required to obtain their RBT certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) within 60 days of hire.

Physical Demands:

The physical demands described here are representative and not all-inclusive. The employee is regularly required to talk or hear and frequently required to stand and use their hands and fingers. Lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 25 lbs. may also be required.

Working Environment:

Travel is required between client homes, clinic,and community locations. Afternoon and evening availability is preferred.
