Job summary

Golden Care Therapy is seeking an ABA Therapist to provide in-home, 1:1 ABA services to children with autism under a BCBA supervisor. Pay ranges from $22.00 to $30.00 per hour, with a $250 onboarding bonus.

The role is part-time with the possibility of becoming full-time and includes tuition assistance, ongoing training, and a flexible schedule. You will collect data, implement behavior-analytic strategies, and maintain clear communication with families, supervisors, and administration.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required.
• Experience in ABA preferred.
• Ability to work in-home 1:1 with clients.
