Job summary

Golden Care Therapy is seeking an ABA Therapist to provide in-home, one-on-one ABA services for children with autism. You will implement behavior-analytic strategies, follow treatment plans, and collect data to support progress. Strong communication with families and the supervising BCBA is essential.

We offer a $250 onboarding bonus, a flexible schedule, and opportunities for growth to lead RBT roles, with potential for full-time hours. Prior experience in special education or ABA is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 year in Special Education preferred.
• Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) experience preferred (1 year).

Responsibilities
