Job summary

SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care is hiring a Behavioral Technician to provide 1:1 behavioral therapy in a clinic and to implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision. The role emphasizes confidential client care, data tracking, and collaboration with the care team.

Applicants should have a High School Diploma or GED and at least six months of related experience, with strong communication, organization, and reliability.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required with six months of relevant experience (work or volunteer).
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
• Must have reliable transportation and be able to travel to multiple locations daily.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 behavioral therapy in a clinic setting.
• Implement treatment goals under supervision of a BCBA.
• Provide progress feedback to supervisor.
• Teach communication, self-help, social skills and other goals.
• Track client progress and data for programs.
• Adhere to company policy and confidentiality requirements.
• Collaborate with team and management on assignments.
• Communicate effectively with staff and supervisors.
• Other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 treatment to individuals in need of behavioral therapy in a clinic setting
• Implement treatment goals under the supervision of a BCBA
• Provide adequate feedback regarding progress to supervisor
• Facilitate teaching of communication, self-help, social-skills, and other targeted treatment goals
• Track client progress and program data
• Understands and adheres to company’s policy and procedures
• Observes confidentiality and safeguards all patient-related information
• Work effectively as a team contributor on all interactions and assignments
• Work independently while understanding the importance of constant communication and coordinating work efforts with management and staff
• Other duties as assigned
