Job summary

SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care is seeking a Behavioral Technician to provide 1:1 behavioral therapy in our clinic. You will implement treatment goals under BCBA supervision, track progress, and communicate clearly with the supervisor and team.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED with at least six months of relevant experience. You should demonstrate strong interpersonal and written communication skills, be independent yet collaborative, and have reliable

• Demonstrates effective, professional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team; strong organization and attention to detail.
• Has reliable transportation and can travel to/from multiple assignments/locations daily.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 behavioral therapy to individuals in a clinic setting.

• Provide feedback on progress to supervisor.
• Teach communication, self-help, social skills, and other targeted goals.
• Track client progress and program data.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 treatment to individuals in need of behavioral therapy in a clinic setting
• Implement treatment goals under the supervision of a BCBA
• Provide adequate feedback regarding progress to supervisor
• Facilitate teaching of communication, self-help, social-skills, and other targeted treatment goals
• Track client progress and program data
• Understands and adheres to company’s policy and procedures
• Observes confidentiality and safeguards all patient-related information
• Work effectively as a team contributor on all interactions and assignments
• Work independently while understanding the importance of constant communication and coordinating work efforts with management and staff
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or General Education Diploma, plus a minimum of six months prior work/volunteer experience providing individual instructions, preferable in a health care environment
