Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is hiring an RBT to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with ASD in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement plans designed by a supervising BCBA, collect real-time progress data, and collaborate with families and caregivers to promote generalization of skills.

The role emphasizes safety, engagement, and effecting positive outcomes, with opportunities for professional development and support from the clinical leadership team.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or eligible to obtain.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology/Education or related field is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill acquisition programs designed by supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.

• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate closely with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to ensure consistency and generalization of skills.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions.

Job Requirements

• Certification: Active Registered Behavior Technician (or eligibility to obtain certification)
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required (Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field is a plus).
• Experience: Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays preferred.Reliability: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
