Blue Gems ABA Therapy in Lenexa, KS is seeking dedicated RBTs to provide high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy to children. You will implement behavior plans, collect data, and work with BCBA supervisors and families to promote skill generalization.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or eligibility to obtain it.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes.
