Job summary

Blue Gems ABA Therapy is seeking a dedicated RBT to deliver high-quality ABA therapy in a 1:1 setting. You will implement plans designed by a supervising BCBA, collect real-time progress data, and collaborate with families to ensure skills generalization.

A valid RBT and driver’s license are required. Experience with autism or developmental delays is preferred, along with strong communication skills and a passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus.
  • Experience with children with autism or developmental delays preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes.
