Job summary

Blue Gems ABA Therapy in Auburn, NE is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients. You will implement behavior intervention plans designed by the supervising BCBA and collect accurate real-time data using our clinical software.

You will collaborate closely with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to ensure consistency and generalization of skills, while maintaining a safe, positive environment during sessions.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician certification or eligibility to obtain certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field is a plus.
• Experience with children with autism or developmental delays preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes.
