Job summary

Champions ABA - MA is seeking a passionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Roxbury, MA. In-home and community-based ABA therapy will be provided to children and adolescents with autism and related disorders, with a focus on compassionate, collaborative care.

You will implement BCBA-created plans, collect data to inform treatment decisions, and communicate with families and the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., psychology, education, human services).
• RBT certification or willingness to obtain within 90 days of hire.
• Valid CPR/First Aid certification.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy services to children and adolescents in home and community-based settings.
