Job summary

Alight Behavioral Therapy NC seeks a motivated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our in-home ABA therapy team in Yanceyville, NC. You will implement individualized behavior plans under the supervision of BCBAs, support children on the autism spectrum, and assist families with compassionate, client-focused care.

This part-time role offers ongoing training and professional development, a collaborative team, and hands-on experience delivering high-quality care in clients' homes.

Responsibilities

• Collect and record data on client behavior and progress
• Assist with creating and modifying behavior plans to meet client needs
• Maintain a safe and organized treatment environment
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and colleagues
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with industry best practices
