Job summary

Alight Behavioral Therapy is seeking Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians to provide one-on-one ABA therapy in person. The role stresses positive reinforcement, flexible scheduling, and high energy to help children learn new skills and reduce challenging behaviors.

Ideal candidates enjoy dynamic, child-centered environments, are motivated, and willing to collaborate with other specialists. Full and part-time positions are available with comprehensive training offered.

Qualifications

• Completed 40 hour ABA course or equivalent.
• Previous ABA experience preferred.
• Excellent references from prior roles.
• RBT preferred, we will assist in attaining RBT status.

Responsibilities

• 1:1 therapy sessions.
• Implement discrete trial and natural environment programs.
• Teach play and social skills.
• Teach self-help skills.
• Document session outcomes.
• Provide behavior support within group settings.
• Collaborate with Speech Therapists, OTs, PTs, etc.

Alight Behavioral provides Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Therapy to children on the autism spectrum. We are hiring Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians to provide one-on-one therapy sessions, utilizing positive reinforcement and behavior modification techniques to teach new skills and reduce challenging behaviors. We are seeking providers who are highly motivated, energetic, fun, and flexible to add to our team. We have positions open for those who are new to the field as well as experienced RBTs and ABA Therapists. Full and part time positions are available. We offer high-level training to help providers advance in this exciting and rewarding field.
