Golden Steps ABA, LLC in Boston is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work one-on-one with children and young adults in in-home and community settings, following treatment plans designed by a BCBA.

You will collaborate with a clinical team, receive ongoing supervision, training, and professional development opportunities, and participate in a part-time schedule with afternoon and evening hours. Competitive pay is offered, along with benefits for eligible staff.

Competenze

• Current RBT certification or willingness to complete RBT training and certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Overview

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

At Golden Steps ABA, RBTs work directly with children and families to turn individualized treatment plans into everyday progress. You’ll receive guidance from a BCBA, collaborate with your team, and have opportunities to keep developing your skills.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

As an RBT, you’ll provide one-on-one ABA services to children and young adults with autism, following treatment plans developed by a BCBA. You’ll:

• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills through individualized sessions

• Record session data and complete documentation accurately and on time
