Job summary

Advanceable ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians to provide in-home ABA therapy in Woodbridge and surrounding areas. You will work 1:1 with children in their homes under the guidance of a BCBA, helping build essential communication and daily living skills.

This role offers part-time and full-time options with flexible scheduling, competitive pay, paid training, PTO, and RBT certification support. Join a supportive team focused on meaningful child development and family collaboration.

Qualifications

• This position requires an active RBT certification or willingness to obtain one with company support.
• Experience working with children or individuals with special needs is preferred.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans with fidelity.
• Help children develop communication, social, behavioral, play, and daily living skills.
• Use evidence-based ABA strategies and reinforcement techniques.
• Track progress with accurate session data and clinical notes.
• Communicate professionally with families and the clinical team.
• Participate in ongoing BCBA supervision and training.
• Engage actively during sessions, including movement and play with children.

What You’ll Do

As an RBT, you’ll provide individualized 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under the guidance of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Your responsibilities will include:

• Working directly with children to implement individualized ABA treatment plans
• Helping children develop communication, social, behavioral, play, and daily-living skills
• Using evidence-based ABA strategies and reinforcement techniques
• Tracking progress through accurate session data and clinical notes
• Communicating professionally with families and members of the clinical team
• Participating in ongoing BCBA supervision and training
• Staying active and engaged during sessions, including sitting, squatting, walking, running, and playing with children

What We’re Looking For

• Active RBT certification, if not we’ll support your path to certification
• Passion for working with children and helping others grow
• 1+ year of experience working with kids or individuals with special needs (preferred)
• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (required)
• Strong communication, patience, and professionalism
• Ability to work in clients’ homes throughout the [LOCATION] area
• Part-time and full-time RBT positions available
• Afternoon and after-school sessions (Monday–Friday; weekends as needed)
• 15–25+ hours per week depending on your availability and client needs
