Brighter Gems ABA in Maryland is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support individuals with autism through one-on-one sessions in home, clinic, or community settings.

You will implement programs designed by BCBA, collect data, and collaborate with families and the care team. This in-person role offers competitive hourly pay and opportunities for training and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework in psychology, education, or related field preferred.
• Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to various locations.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention programs as outlined by the BCBA.
• Conduct direct, one-on-one sessions with clients in home, clinic, community, school settings.
• Collect and record data on client progress.
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other team members to ensure consistency and generalization of skills.

Job Description
