Job summary

Blue Gems ABA Therapy seeks dedicated RBTs to provide individualized ABA therapy in-home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement plans designed by supervising BCBAs and collect progress data in our clinical software.

Applicants should have an active RBT certification (or eligibility), a high school diploma, and valid driver’s license. A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or Education is a plus, with strong communication and genuine passion for helping children and families.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is required or eligibility to obtain it.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field is a plus.
• Experience with autism or developmental delays is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to ensure consistency and generalization of skills.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions.

Job Responsibilities

As an RBT at Blue Gems ABA, you will work 1:1 with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in home, school, or clinic settings, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans.

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate closely with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to ensure consistency and generalization of skills.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions.

Job Requirements
