Job summary

Achieve ABA Therapy Group is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children, under supervision of a BCBA. You will help develop communication, social, play, and daily living skills, while building strong family collaboration.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification required.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation.
• Passion for working with children and individuals with disabilities.
• Ability to build rapport, engage clients, and make learning fun.
• Willingness to learn, grow, and work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, one-on-one ABA therapy that helps children develop communication, social, play, daily living, and independence skills.
• Work closely with families and your supervising BCBA to support each child's growth and celebrate progress.

What You'll Do

As a Registered Behavior Technician, you'll provide high-quality, one-on-one ABA therapy that helps children develop communication, social, play, daily living, and independence skills. Working closely with families and your supervising BCBA, you'll make a meaningful impact by supporting each child's growth and celebrating their progress every step of the way.

Schedule

Full-Time and Part-Time positions available. We are currently hiring for after-school, daytime, and weekend availability.
