Job summary

Achieve ABA Therapy Group is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians to provide high-quality one-on-one ABA therapy for children, under BCBA supervision. You’ll support communication, social and daily living skills while celebrating progress with families.

We offer mentorship from BCBAs, monthly professional development, flexible scheduling, and a supportive culture that values your growth. After 180 billable hours, a $500 sign-on bonus awaits.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is required.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation.
• A passion for working with children and individuals with disabilities.
• Ability to build rapport, engage clients, and make learning fun.
• Willingness to learn, grow, and work both independently and as part of a team.

What You'll Do

As a Registered Behavior Technician, you'll provide high-quality, one-on-one ABA therapy that helps children develop communication, social, play, daily living, and independence skills. Working closely with families and your supervising BCBA, you'll make a meaningful impact by supporting each child's growth and celebrating their progress every step of the way.

Schedule

Full-Time and Part-Time positions available. We are currently hiring for after-school, daytime, and weekend availability.
