Job summary

Achieve ABA Therapy Group is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver high-quality, one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. You will support communication, social, and daily living skills while collaborating with families to track progress and celebrate growth.

This role offers mentorship, ongoing professional development, flexible scheduling, and a supportive, clinician-led environment. We welcome both full-time and part-time applicants.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (required).
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation.
• A passion for working with children and individuals with disabilities.
• Ability to build rapport, engage clients, and make learning fun.
• Willingness to learn, grow, and work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• As a Registered Behavior Technician, you'll provide high-quality, one-on-one ABA therapy that helps children develop communication, social, play, daily living, and independence skills.
• You'll work closely with families and your supervising BCBA, supporting each child's growth and celebrating progress.
