Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. As an RBT, you will work with individuals, particularly children, with autism spectrum disorder or other developmental disabilities. Your role involves implementing behavior plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to help clients improve social, communication, and daily living skills.
Responsibilities:
The RBT will provide one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision, implement behavior intervention plans, collect data on client progress, develop and maintain individualized treatment plans, collaborate with families, document progress, support clients in ADLs and social interactions, and conduct structured teaching sessions based on ABA principles.
Experience:
Prior experience working with individuals with autism or related disabilities is required. Familiarity with ABA principles and techniques is necessary. Ability to work effectively with children and adolescents is essential. Experience in special education or behavioral health is a plus. Knowledge of medical documentation and care plans is beneficial.
