Job summary

Golden Touch ABA is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children and adolescents with autism under the supervision of a BCBA. The role involves implementing individualized treatment plans, collecting progress data, and collaborating with families and team members in various settings.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma (a bachelor’s in psychology/education is preferred), strong communication skills, and a genuine desire to help others.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred.
  • Experience with children or individuals with special needs; ABA experience is a plus.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Patience, empathy and a genuine desire to help others.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

  • Implement client-specific behavioral intervention plans as designed by a BCBA.
  • Use positive reinforcement strategies to encourage and reinforce desired behaviors.
  • Collect and record data on client progress during therapy sessions and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and other team members to ensure consistency and continuity of care.
  • Provide services in home, school, and community settings as needed.

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. The RBT will work directly with children and adolescents diagnosed with autism, implementing individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about delivering high-quality ABA therapy, building new skills, promoting positive behavior change, and helping clients achieve their goals in everyday settings.

Key Responsibilities:
