Golden Touch ABA is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver individualized ABA therapy to children and adolescents with autism. You will implement plans under BCBA supervision and help clients build new skills in daily settings.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma; bachelor's degree in psychology or related field preferred.
• Experience working with children or individuals with special needs; ABA experience preferred.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Implement client‑specific behavioral intervention plans as designed by a BCBA.

• Collect and record data on client progress during therapy sessions and maintain accurate documentation.

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. The RBT will work directly with children and adolescents diagnosed with autism, implementing individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about delivering high-quality ABA therapy, building new skills, promoting positive behavior change, and helping clients achieve their goals in everyday settings.
