Job summary

Above and Beyond Therapy is seeking qualified Registered Behavioral Technicians (RBT) to provide high-quality ABA therapy to children with autism in home settings near Suwanee, GA.

This role offers flexible schedules, growth opportunities, and a supportive team; RBT certification required, valid driver's license and reliable transportation essential for travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children and/or adolescents with autism spectrum disorder.
• Effective communication in English (verbal and written).
• The ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, and families.
• Valid state ID and reliable transportation.
• Must pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in the home.
• Implement individualized treatment plans and programs as written by the supervising BCBA.
• Data collection and session note submission.
• Collaborate with peers and supervisors.
• Participate in staff meetings and trainings.
• Must have a vehicle and valid driver7s license to commute and be prompt to appointments.
• Other duties as assigned.

Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) Responsibilities And Duties

• You must have a vehicle and valid drivers license to commute from each location and be prompt to appointments
